This is the (hippy) happy house

Here is the most expensive second-hand purchase we've ever made. The deeds go back to 1750 and the house was originally three farm labourer's cottages knocked into one at the beginning of the 19th Century.
Although the proportions are large the house is only one room wide and each room has to be entered by passing through the adjoining one. The two front doors confuse everyone.
It's gradually being restored to it's former glory but it's a labour of love and is completely governed by what treasures we unearth from skips, car boot sales, reclaimation yards and eBay. As you may expect it's decorated in an ecclectic style which I promise to share with you over time.

Lots of love, Vix
